Aatthi Vela
Physiotherapist
Graduated from Charles Sturt University in Orange NSW with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy. Aatthitthan is currently a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. During his Physiotherapy career, Aatthi has experience working in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, fall prevention, strength and conditioning and sports performance enhancement. Aatthi uses his passion for manual therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation to achieve each patient's rehabilitation goals. Aatthi is passionate about sports, specifically football. Previously he represented NSW in Under 23’s (2015) and Under 18’s (2013) as part of NSW CFA. While he is not working he loves to take on road trips, hikes, bouldering and other outdoor activities.

Jethro Abdon
Exercise Physiologist
Jethro is a graduate of the University of Sydney having completed his Masters in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor’s of Sport and Exercise science at the University of Western Sydney. Through his education, Jethro has gained valuable background knowledge on the
rehabilitation process and developed practical clinical skills.
Having worked in the private setting as well as with NDIS clients, he has a varied experience across a spectrum of conditions. His main interests lie in musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation specialising in providing exercise prescription to improve overall functional capacity.
His active participation in various sports such as rugby league, basketball, and Oztag/Touch football, has provided him with a special interest in strength and conditioning and performance. He is currently a track and field athlete competing as a sprinter in the 60/100/200m events.

Radhika Matam
Physiotherapist
Radhika graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy qualification in 2019 from Charles Sturt University. Radhika is currently a member of the Australian
Physiotherapy Association. Since graduating she has spent most of her career in private practice, post op Joint rehabilitation in- patient setting in Private Hospital and has experience in Rehabilitation and Aged Care.
Radhika has undergone further education in McKenzie Part A and B spinal course that has given her extra knowledge in the spinal field to thoroughly assess your complex back and neck conditions and treat you with the most recent literature and evidence-based treatment. Having worked in a variety of settings Radhika uses the most up to date evidence-based physiotherapy treatments for all musculoskeletal injuries and is keen to assist people in setting goals and recover from their injury through exercise, manual therapy, education, and lifestyle advice.
Radhika is also a Qualified and credentialed DMA Clinical Pilates Clinician. She incorporates sport and rehab specific exercises into her patient centred programs. Radhika also has an interest in Women’s Health, Headaches and Migraines and would be pursuing further education in this area. Outside of work, she enjoys activities such as cycling, going to gym, cooking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.

George Vouros
Exercise Physiologist
George graduated from UNSW with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and is completing a Doctorate in Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney. George's academic background has provided him with a strong foundation in exercise prescription and assessment, lifestyle change and goal setting, which he uses to develop individualised treatment and management plans that empower others to achieve their health goals.
When George is not working, he enjoys going to the gym and fishing.

Kay Patel
Physiotherapist
Kay graduated from Western Sydney University in 2022 and entered musculoskeletal physiotherapy practice upon completing his studies. He has extensive experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and degenerative conditions. Kay is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association and enjoys outdoor sports and computer games.

Sam Choi
Dietitian
Sam Choi is a registered dietitian who graduated from the University of Newcastle. With two years of experience, Sam is passionate about helping people make healthier food choices. His expertise in nutrition and meal planning allows him to provide personalized guidance to support wellness and manage health conditions.

Karlene Nguyen
Physiotherapist
Karlene graduated from the University of South Australia (Honours) in Adelaide, South Australia where she grew up. She is currently a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association. Throughout her career, she has experience working in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, residential and community aged care, falls prevention, and sports physiotherapy for Adelaide Omonia Cobras Football Club and Adelaide Northern Pitbulls Football Club (NPFC). Karlene also has additional certifications in Pilates Mat work & Reformer as well as Dry Needling for Physiotherapists. In her spare time, she enjoys going for runs, training at the gym, reading, exploring new restaurants with her friends and more recently she has picked up crocheting

Dr Mehak Fatima
Physiotherapist
Dr. Mehak Fatima is an experienced, Australian-registered physiotherapist dedicated to helping patients move, feel stronger, and live pain-free. She provides comprehensive physiotherapy services including musculoskeletal injury rehabilitation, chronic pain management, falls prevention, post-surgical care, sports therapy, pelvic health, and mobility enhancement — all tailored to individual needs.
With a compassionate and results-driven approach, Mehak integrates evidence-based treatments such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education to restore strength, improve function, and build lasting confidence. She is passionate about empowering her patients to achieve their health goals and maintain long-term well-being.
Outside of work, Fatima enjoys hiking, exploring nature, and staying active through fitness and Pilates.

Furqan Chowdhury
Physiotherapist
Furqan is a physiotherapist who believes that injury is not a setback but rather a time to identify limitations and ensure that you can come back better than before.
Since graduating from the Australian Catholic University with a Bachelor's degree in physiotherapy, Furqan has worked across acute hospitals, high-level sports teams (NPL Football), and schools. This experience has provided him with valuable experience in the areas of orthopaedic post-operative care, injury diagnosis, and the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries.
Furqan treats with a strong focus on exercise therapy to ensure that clients are empowered to continue pursuing the activities they enjoy despite pain. In his own time, you will likely find Furqan either playing pick-up basketball at the park or going for hikes across Sydney.

Priya Nagini
Physiotherapist
Priya is a skilled physiotherapist with specialized expertise in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, and chronic pain management. She has particular proficiency in WorkCover and TAC cases, helping injured workers return to optimal function through evidence-based therapies. Her experience in aged care settings has honed her skills in mobility restoration and fall prevention for elderly patients. Known for her patient-centered approach, Priya creates tailored treatment plans combining manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to empower long-term recovery. When not treating clients, she stays active through badminton and plays with her dogs for joyful movement
